InvASIAn Tour Recap
I wanna say I learned a few new words in different languages from my tour but all I really learned was that I liked the taste of Pork Knuckle in Singapore, Tofu in Japan, Massages in Manila and The W in Taipei is the spot to pre-party. Im back in LA now trying to kick this jet-lag before I get on a flight to NYC tomorrow and throw my time clock off some more.
My tour started off in Manila and of course my first stop was to hunt for some kicks! Instead of showing you the same old party picks I’m gonna change it up a bit…
After checking into my hotel room at Resort World in Manila…i opened up my shades to find some workers taking a quick break from the heat.
With about 24hrs in Manila it was off to Tokyo! Now every time I hit Tokyo I do the regular sneaker shopping, clothes and a mandatory random ramen food run. I spotted this lil guy hanging on the street and had to agree with him on the 1 finger up for Poonanie!
It was a first for me spinning at Vanity in Tokyo and I must say THIS IS THE SPOT! The crowd was so open to everything I played…from House to Dubstep to Hip Hop they didn’t stop till 5am! And this pic is a special dedication to my 2 biggest fans in Tokyo who have watched me play in NYC and Tokyo! #Support
Less then 24hrs in Tokyo and back on the plane headed to Taipei for a show inside the Taipei World Trade Center. I had no idea what to expect and this is what I got when I arrived at soundcheck….
Now thats a stage! You can only imagine how loud it was rocking for over 5k people who wanted champagne sprayed on them and a little cryo gun blast to cool them down…Really feeling this super soaker turned into a cryo gun…need one asap!
I got 1 solid hour of sleep and then headed to Singapore to play at Pangea for the closing night of Formula 1 races. I was lucky enough to sit 3rd row next to the starting point of the races and got my ears torn apart and rubber in my mouth (PAUSE) from the tires peeling out! Definitely something to add to your bucket list if your into racing. That blur in the pic is pretty much all I saw each time a car went by. Shouts to REDBULL for taking the WIN!!
After my gig I walked out of the Marina Bay Sands to catch a sick view of the Singapore. I will be going back sooner then later to hang in Sing and eat some more Pork Knuckle!

Nike Air Mag aka Mc Fly’s
Last night I was invited to a special event Nike held inside the Montablan in Hollywood. It was to announce the release of the new Nike Air Mag (also known as The Mc Fly’s). This shoe has been in demand since it was first seen in “Back To The Future 2″. The best part about this release is that it will not be available in stores…there will be no camping out in front of stores or shoe stores putting them up on ebay. This time Nike has partnered up with Michael J Fox and his Parkinson’s Research Foundation to sell the shoes on ebay as an auction in which all the proceeds will go to the foundation. GOOD JOB!
I myself witnessed the first pair go up for auction at the event last night and the winner was Tinie Tempah who paid $37,500!

300 Ceramic Nike Air Mag’s were made and sold at the event for charity….I was lucky to get one!
