Ok so I came across this on youtube and realized that the DJ’n world as we know it is coming to an end! They have made a ipad app that basically DJ’s for you. No more paying dues with hours of practice. No more carrying crates of records (even though that went out years ago with serato). No more expensive equipment purchases. Its all right here in a ipad app. Adding even more truth to the saying “There’s an app for that”.
That’s amazing how technology has change people. Now you don’t have to learn how to be a dj just download the app and do it. That sucks, gigs now aren’t the same any more, promoters get these kids for very cheap no with Virtual Dj and now this new apple app… Sucks!!!

i was in vegas with roldoes and cousin lou a few years back for halloween. we went to listen to you spin at tao (you rocked the charlie chaplin costume). most unbelievable thing i’ve ever seen that night, strangely enough, wasn’t from your spinning.
at one point, your serato crashed on you. instead of panicking, you rocked the mic for roughly 2 or 3 minutes, straight. that HAD to feel like an eternity. you got a packed crowd, in vegas on haloween hyped up and going nuts, all without music. they never even knew that you were restarting serato, cueing up a song, and getting it ready to drop. one of the most unbelievable things i had the privilege to witness.
needless to say, let’s see someone learn how to do THAT without paying their dues. respect!
